DMD is made of two layers of polyester fiber paper with a one of polyester film. It has good dielectric properties, high heat resistance and mechanical strength, is suitable for small and medium size electric motors as slot, phase, turn-to-turn, liner insulation of grade B.
2. Prepreg DMD
The product is formed in the process of precuring the modified F-class DMD with Impregnation of hi-temp resistant Epoxy resin into B-stage by baking. With long shelf life at room temp, low precuring temp & time, showing excellent electrical insulation, bonding and heat-resistant properties. Its thermal Glass is F, widely used for liner insulation of copper foil (aluminum foil)-wrapped Low voltage coils in dry-type transformer and slot insulation & phase insulation in B~F class Motor & electrical appliances.
