1. Polyimide FEP Film
Polyimide FEP film is Polyimide film(BOPI) coated with FEP(F46) resin on one side(FH) or double sides(FHF) through the sintering process at high temperature, which combines the excellent properties of Polyimide film and FEP(F46) resin, high& low temp resistant, radiation resistant, excellent electrical properties, superior dimensional stability and heat sealable properties. It performs successfully in the wide range of temperature as low as -112F(-80c) and as high as +500F(+260c), widely used for insulation in motor, electrical apparatus and wrapping of cable and magnet wire. It can be melt and formed soon as desired at defined temperature.

2. Polyimide film
Polyimide film is synthesized by polymerizing PMDA and ODA in strong polar solvents through the process of forming film and imine treatment at high temperature, which possesses excellent physical, chemical, and electrical properties, atomic radiation resistant, solvent resistant, low & high temperature resistant, It performs successfully in the wide range of temperature as low as -452F(-269c) and as high as +500F(+260c). Because of its unique excellent properties, it is the most ideal choice in many applications.
Application:
1. For wrapping of magnet wire and cable, slot liner insulation, interlayer insulation in Motor, transformer etc.
2. The backing material for pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, F46 (FEP) tape.
3. The substrates or overlay of Flexible Printed Circuits Board (F-PCB).
4. Polyimide tubing
